This work presents a proposition list of indicators to evaluate the technological development and technology transfer areas of Instituto Oswaldo Cruz-Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (IOC-Fiocruz).The proposition was supported by a research performed in five institutes which already present consolidated indicators for these areas and by the analysis of evaluation documents. The proposition developed as a result of this research was submitted to the IOC-Fiocruz researches for validation. The results were positive and indicated the necessity of introducing the result based management.
