ABSTRACT
Under Jair Bolsonaro’s government, the actions of the federal administration related to the indigenous policy, was characterized by a strong antagonism against indigenous territorial rights, enshrined in the 1988 Constitution. It was also marked by attacks against the public policies that aim to protect cultural differences laid out in the last few decades.
