The administrative analysis allows the organization survey in order to diagnosis, evaluation and propose changes. It is an important instrument in the job of head nurses, managers and new-nurse who do not know how start the work. This article shows the development of administrative analysis and the content, the author's experience in using O & M (organization and method) analysis, and its adaptation to teach Nursing Administration during Nursing Undergraduate Course
