The authors describe how nurses teachers students and parents are doing health work in order to encrease life's conditions in a community. They develop concious and critical participation, diagnosis of needs and alternative solutions to solve detected problems. They show difficulties with health service, their experience as a member of this group and an evaluation done using participant methodology.
