In this report the author tries to analyse the sistematic dynamization of the working staff in the community healtk emphasizing the factors that make harder or easier the simultaneous activities of the group.
The author also criticize the dichotomy between the theory and the practic observed in the procedures of the actions producing tight tasks and reducing the capacity of the collective performance to reach the multicausality of the problems of the individual as a whole. It is also focalised the nursing position in relation to its working process, by the available resources that make good the realization of an effective assistencial program appropriated to the actual technical scientific development attending the demand of the real needs of the country.
