This study refers to the alteration of sexual function of paraplegic, carried out with forty men aged between 18 to 50 years. They were divided into two groups. Group A consisted of men living with a steady partner. Group B consisted of men who do not have a steady partner. The analysis of data showed that 33 of the total group, had erection (either reflex or psicogenic); 30 of the participants referred as not having ejaculation. The presence of orgasm was reported by twenty men. The erotogenic zones mostly reported by 19 patients were neck, back and chest.
