The present research have been realised with a population of 49 women, clients of the Public Health Units of Taboão da Serra City, whose Pap Smears results have been altered (considering from displasia to carcinoma). The services have been characterized and the data have been presented. The study shows the precarious frame between the reference services. In 81,6 % of the detected cases, the Public Health Units do not know the present situation of the clients concerning their treatments. Some of the problems related to the organization have been discussed and suggestions for transformation haveimplantation of an educational program.
