This case report describes an experience of nursing consultation in women's health aiming the prevention of the gynecological câncer. It took pleace in a context of school-service integration and it was developed by nursing teachers of the School of Nursing of São Paulo University, together with the nursing professionals of Public Health Care Service of the Regional Health Administration of Pirituba-Perus, São Paulo, Municipality.
