Implementation of the nursing process at the Post-anestesy Recovery Room — a preliminary study. This paper presents the preliminary results about a research on Nursing Diagnoses at the Post-Anestesy Recovery Room based on the Taxonomy I. In a population of 19 patients, the nursing diagnoses with high frequency plus then 50% were injury (potencial), hypotermy, and alteration in confort.
