Confecção artesanal de arame de JohnsonRESUMO
Os autores apresentam uma alternativa simples e de baixo custo para correção das lacerações canaliculares que é a confecção artesanal de arame de Johnson utilizando uma agulha de injeção 30mm x 7. Esse moldador mantém o alinhamento correto da anastomose e previne a estenose pós-laceração.

SUMMARY
The authors present a simple and low cost alternative for correction of canalicular injuries, that is, the Johnson wire stent-by hand made. This stent is made of a 22 g x 11/4 needle in order to maintain proper alignment of an anastomosis and to prevent postlaceration stricture.
