Prevention levels on ophthalmological problems: research proposals

Some ophthalmological problems are focused under the public health prevention levels and some possible performances in order to avoid, control or recover the damage are pointed out. The scientific research on blindness prevention is discussed and some proposals of investigation in relation to the prevention levels pointed out are suggested.
