SUMMARY
One rare case of bilateral scamous cell carcinoma of conjuntiva is described in a patient exposed to va rious risk factors as parcial lid oclusion, excessive sun light exposition.
Scamous cell carcinoma is the most frequent neoplasia of ocular conjuntiva and the main risk factor is ultraviolet exposition.
The patient were submited to local excision and radiotherapy. No signs of recurrence were observed on the 6 months of follow up.
