Resumo: Após longo período de latência, o traumático retornou em Freud entrecruzado com o narcisismo e a pulsão de morte, culminando na ideia de um incontornável “mal-estar na civilização”. Assistimos hoje a um novo retorno do traumático na psicanálise, vendo-se esta confrontada, novamente, à face demoníaca do psiquismo, desta vez, pelo incremento de figuras do excesso e do trauma, configurações subjetivas limites especialmente marcantes na atualidade. Este artigo busca avançar na compreensão desse movimento, de natureza clínica e teórica, com ênfase no problema do mal-estar, sua singularidade hoje.

Abstract: After a long latency period, the trauma returned in Freud, entwined with narcissism and the death drive, culminating in the idea of an inescapable “malaise in civilization”. We are witnessing a new return of the traumatic in psychoanalysis, as this is confronted again to the demonic face of psyche, this turn by the increase of figures of excess and trauma, borderline subjective configurations especially striking nowadays. This paper searches to advance in the understanding of such clinical and theoretical movement, with an emphasis on the problem of malaise, its singularity today.

Resumo: O presente artigo parte da concepção de memória na psicanálise freudiana, visando discutir a dialética lembrança-esquecimento mais especificamente no contexto da cultura. Desdobraremos a complexidade dos mecanismos presentes no esquecimento a partir da noção de recalque, e ainda averiguaremos a singular relação entre o esquecimento e o trabalho de luto, para daí depreender suas consequências tanto para o sujeito quanto para a cultura. Os efeitos da operação do recalcamento serão avaliados em alguns fenômenos da cultura, como o racismo, o banzo e, em contrapartida, a invenção do blues, como resultado da operação de luto, possibilitando a criação.

Abstract: This article is part of the memory concept in Freudian psychoanalysis, in order to discuss the memory-oblivion dialectic more specifically in the context of culture. It discusses the complexity of the mechanisms present in oblivion from the notion of repression, and investigates further the unique relationship between forgetting and grief work to then infer its consequences for the individual, and for the culture. The effects of repression of the operation will be evaluated in some culture phenomena such as racism, the flange and, on the other hand, the invention of the blues as a result of grief operation, enabling the creation.

Resumo: O artigo estabelece uma interlocução entre a psicanálise e o direito, tomando como recorte as teorizações freudianas acerca da segregação, pautada pela agressividade dirigida ao próximo e, também, da relação entre direito e violência, buscando articulá-las com a doutrina do direito penal do inimigo, formalizada pelo jurista alemão Gunther Jakobs. Para abordar essa temática e mostrar sua pertinência, os autores discutem as megaoperações policiais realizadas recentemente nas favelas do Rio de Janeiro. Depoimentos recolhidos a partir de uma pesquisa documental permitem afirmar que essa prática vem se revelando não apenas segregacionista, mas francamente intolerante e criminalizadora da pobreza.

Abstract: This paper establishes a dialogue between psychoanalysis and law, taking as subject Freudian theories about segregation, characterized by the aggression directed to the neighbor, and also, the relations between law and violence, aiming to articulate them with the criminal law of the enemy’s doctrine, formalized by the German jurist Gunther Jakobs. In order to address this theme and show its relevance, the authors discuss the police mega-operations recently carried out in the slums of Rio de Janeiro. Testimonies collected from data research allow us to state that this practice has been revealing itself not just segregational, but frankly intolerant and criminalising of poverty.

Resumo: Considerar que o pai da psicanálise também possuía um lado jocoso e bem humorado, a princípio, pode causar certo estranhamento. No entanto, ao longo da obra freudiana, bem como em diversos episódios de sua vida pessoal, nos deparamos com momentos e situações inusitadas, nas quais Freud nos dá mostras de seu espirituoso senso de humor e apreço pelas piadas, valorizando-as por sua face transgressora. O presente artigo se propõe a demonstrar como a herança cultural de Freud contribuiu para seu interesse, que, de início, se tratava apenas de mero fascínio pessoal, tornando-se posteriormente tema de investigação psicanalítica.

Abstract: Considering that the father of psychoanalysis also had a jesting and good humoured side, at first, can cause certain strangeness. However, throughout Freud’s work, as well as several episodes of his personal life, we encounter moments and unusual situations in which Freud gives us samples of his witty sense of humor and appreciation for jokes, valuing them for their transgressive face. This article aims to demonstrate how the cultural heritage of Freud contributed to his interest, which, at first, was just personal fascination, later becoming the subject of psychoanalytic investigation.

RESUMO: Este estudo busca analisar, a partir do método psicanalítico, a família em processo de destituição, evidenciando aspectos de sua dinâmica de funcionamento psíquico e os impasses da relação família-judiciário. As estratégias de pesquisa foram o caso clínico e a pesquisa documental. As análises se processaram a partir da escuta nos atendimentos clínicos e da leitura-escuta direcionada aos processos no judiciário. Um padrão de funcionamento psíquico familiar com características de cisão e afastamento é evidenciado no caso. O estudo convoca a pensar dispositivos que ultrapassem a aplicação normativa de regulamentos e que considerem o sujeito e a família em sua singularidade.

ABSTRACT: This study aimed to analyze, from the psychoanalytic method, the family impeachment process, highlighting aspects of the dynamics of psychic functioning and deadlocks family-judiciary relationship. The search strategies were clinical case and document research. The analysis made themselves from listening in clinical care and read-directed attention to the processes in the judiciary. A pattern of family psychic functioning with demerger and estrangement characteristics is evidenced in the case. The study calls thinking devices that go beyond the rules implementing regulations and consider the subject and family in its singularity.

Resumo: Abordaremos o problema da temporalidade na História da sexualidade de Foucault a partir da teoria do traço mnésico, proposta por Freud no artigo Nota sobre o bloco mágico. Tal leitura nos permitirá interrogar a transmissão da história a partir da dimensão espectral da escrita foucaultiana.

Abstract: We will approach the problem of temporality in the Foucault’s History of sexuality from the theory of the mnesic trace, proposed by Freud in the article Note on the mystic writing pad. Such reading will allow us to question the transmission of the history from the spectral dimension of the foucauldian writing.

Resumo: O presente artigo propõe traçar a relação não explícita entre a fundação do campo conceitual da psicanálise através do estabelecimento de seu conceito maior (Grundbegriff), o inconsciente (das Unbewusste), e o desejo como operador decisivo de uma formulação que, consolidada no âmbito do conceito, não dispensa a enunciação de seu fundador. Para tanto, acompanha as indicações fornecidas por Jacques Lacan (1964/1988) procurando desdobrar suas consequências, sobretudo éticas, tanto no que concerne ao psicanalista como ao sujeito.

Abstract: The paper discusses the non-explicit relation between the fundamental concept (Grundbegriff) of psychoanalysis, the unconscious (das Unbewusste), and desire. Despite its crucial importance regarding the establishment of psychoanalysis as a conceptual field, its very foundation is due to Freud’s desire. The bond between desire and the fundamental concept leads to its ethical consequences, as indicated by Lacan (1964).

RESUMO: Este artigo investiga as consequências da adoção da concepção de ciência moderna de Koyré, caracterizada pela matematização do real, na obra de Lacan. Uma delas é a invenção da topologia estrutural que, muito embora enraizada na linguística e na matemática, ultrapassa o domínio científico ao qual pertencem essas disciplinas. Para tanto, as noções de estrutura, letra e real serão apropriadas e ressignificadas por Lacan.

Abstract: This article investigates the consequences of the adoption of Koyré’s modern science conception, characterized by the mathematisation of the real, in the work of Lacan. One of them is the invention of structural topology, which has its roots in linguistic and mathematics, but reaches beyond their scientific domain. Therefore, the notions of structure, letter and real are appropriated and redefined by Lacan.

Resumo: O jogo de palavras père-version é utilizado por Lacan para aproximar os conceitos de sinthoma e perversão. Em seus desdobramentos teóricos, ele indica a dimensão real subjacente ao pai simbólico e serve para relativizar quatro diferentes aspectos do Nome-do-Pai: abstração, universalidade, normatividade e efetividade. Essa relativização, que se inicia por ocasião da primeira proposta de pluralização dos Nomes-do-Pai, torna-se passível de ser completada quando, no âmbito da topologia dos nós, o simbólico claramente perde a preeminência em relação aos outros registros.

Abstract: The wordplay père-version is used by Lacan to bring together the concepts of sinthome and perversion. In its theoretical developments, it indicates the real dimension which underlies the symbolic father and serves to relativize four different aspects of the Name-of-the-Father: abstraction, universality, normativity, and effectiveness. This relativization, which begins with the pluralization of the Names-of-the-Father, can be completed when, in the scope of the topology of nodes, the symbolic clearly loses prevalence in relation to the other registers.

RESUMO: Busca-se demonstrar como a posição canalha, tal como foi concebida por Lacan e Jacques Alain Miller, pode ser uma chave de leitura para o fenômeno representado pela psicopatia. Ao aproximarmos o canalha do psicopata, é-nos possível extrair norteamentos teóricos e, principalmente, clínicos, uma vez que toca diretamente na advertência lacaniana de que devemos negar a psicanálise aos canalhas, bem como os motivos que o levaram a tal conclusão.

ABSTRACT: We aim to demonstrate how the scoundrel position, such as it was conceived by Lacan and Jacques Alain Miller, can be a key of comprehension to the psychopathic phenomenon. As we approximate the scoundrel to the psychopath, it is possible to extract theoretical guidance and mainly clinical, once it touches directly in the lacanian direction of denying the psychoanalysis to the scoundrel and also the reasons that led him to that conclusion.

Resumo: O presente artigo tem como objetivo compreender a manifestação da anorexia em mulheres. Partiremos da investigação da relação entre a falha na inscrição do autoerotismo e a manifestação da anorexia. Seguiremos para a averiguação de qual é a especificidade do funcionamento psíquico feminino que, para além dos componentes sociais associados às exigências estéticas, contribui para a manifestação dessa problemática no campo do feminino e quais são os impasses da passagem de menina a mulher que ela revela. Finalmente, visaremos compreender o que faz com que as anoréxicas cheguem a ponto de se darem a morrer.

Abstract: The present article aims to comprehend the manifestation of anorexia in women. We will depart from the investigation of the connection between the failure of self eroticism inscription and the manifestation of anorexia. Then, we will verify the specificity of female psychic functioning that, beyond social esthetics demanding, contributes to the manifestation of anorexia in women and the problems from the passage from girl to woman that it reveals. Finally, we will intend to understand what makes the anorexics get to the point of giving themselves to death.

Resumo: O interesse por Sabina Spielrein tem aumentado nas últimas décadas, embora, nas publicações sobre essa autora, sua contribuição teórica à psicanálise ainda permaneça em segundo plano em relação ao interesse por sua biografia. Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar algumas das ideias de Spielrein sobre o funcionamento mental, formuladas, sobretudo, a partir de sua análise da esquizofrenia, e comentar como ela concebe, a partir de tais hipóteses, os processos envolvidos no simbolismo e na criação artística. Baseamo-nos nas ideias apresentadas em sua dissertação sobre a esquizofrenia, de 1911, e em seu texto Destruição como causa do devir, de 1912.

Abstract: The interest in Sabina Spielrein has increased during the last decades, although, in specialized literature, her theoretical contributions to psychoanalysis still remain in the background if compared with the interest in her biography. The objective of this article is to present some of Spielrein’s ideas on the mental functioning which were mainly based on her analysis of schizophrenia and to discuss how, starting from these hypotheses, she conceives the processes involved in symbolism and artistic creation. This discussion is based on her 1911 dissertation on schizophrenia and on her 1912 paper Destruction as cause of come-into-being.

RESUMO: O artigo procura fomentar debate acerca da formação do psicanalista, por meio do resgate da história e dos elementos fundamentais da Escola Freudiana de Psicanálise, fundada por Lacan. Por fim, discute as possíveis contribuições lacanianas à formação do analista e propõe que os discursos circulantes na Escola e seus dispositivos também possam constituir analisadores para pesquisas sobre o problema da formação baseada em treinamento e reprodução técnica em profissões cujo objeto é o outro e o sofrimento humano.

ABSTRACT: The article seeks to foment debate about the formation of the psychoanalyst, through the rescue of history and the fundamental elements of the Freudian School of Psychoanalysis, founded by Lacan. Finally, it discusses the possible Lacanian contributions to the analyst's formation and proposes that the circulating discourses in the School and its devices may also be analyzers for researches on the problem of formation based on training and technical reproduction in professions whose object is the other and human suffering.
