After 37 administrations of Intocostrin in convulsiontherapy, the Author made this report to set forth personal experience in our midst. In every case, convulsiontherapy alone was contraindicated; the therapeutic result was the same obtained with metrazol or electroshock alone. Intocostrin showed to less pacient's rigidity, after shock sickness and fear. No complication of shocktherapy was observed. Advices are made: the first dosis must be less 10 per cent the common dosis; prostigmin is to be done to those cases of deep curare action; common dosis of metrazol are used. Emphasizing curare administration to weak pacients whose treatment would be done with most security, the Author's conclusion is a routine employment of the drug if it were not so expensive.
