ConservaGen software: A useful tool for genetic conservation of germplasm

Abstract:

ConservaGen software can assist germplasm conservation projects in terms of population genetics. It can be used for both in situ and ex situ germplasm conservation and can generate parameters to assist in decision-making in these projects.
