The work of school management in the context of special education policies in the municipality of Xalapa/VER

ABSTRACT:

The purpose of this article is to discuss the process of implementing inclusive education policies in mexican realities, taking as the object of analysis the work of the school director in three institutions of common teaching, located in the municipality of Xalapa/VER, that enroll students with disabilities. Data collection was carried out during a mission of international studies to the municipality of Xalapa/VER and its analysis considered the literature in the field of Academic Management and Special Education.
