ABSTRACT
Throughout his academic production, Alfredo Bosi rigorously focused on short forms, that is, on the short story as a form. He not only established a critical path, but also left us two anthologies of short stories that remain a point of reference today. The article proposes an itinerary through the prologues, prefaces and essays in which Bosi dedicates himself exclusively to scrutinizing and explaining the short forms.
