Renata Simões Guimarães e Borges is a PhD in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, as a Fulbright scholar. She is a bachelor in Control and Automation Engineering at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Currently, she serves as a senior lecturer at Rotterdam Business School. She also has held the position of associate professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Her research interests include innovation and entrepreneurship, corporate culture, organizational change, and knowledge transfer.
