In the present work the authors give a new sistematic organization for the generic components of the family Cobboldinidae Skriabin, 1948. A new species of Klossinemella Costa, 1961 is described (K. travassosi) and the description of k. iheringi and K. conciliatus is given. Finally the authors discuss the biological cycle of Klossinemella Costa, 1961 in comparison with the cycle of Rondonia Travassos, 1919.
