ABSTRACT
In the post-war Golden Era, we had managerial capitalism in which capitalists were still dominant, and managers were in the background. In the following Neoliberal Years, the capitalists stopped controlling the process of capital accumulation and innovation that legitimised them. Today, after the collapse of neoliberalism in 2021, we are moving towards a democratic and developmental managerialism.
