This article is based on a bibliographical research that had as objective to find theoreticalempirical knowledge of low value in the management literature, especially in the literature of Peter F. Drucker. To perform this investigation were analyzed five publications of this author. The analysis criteria were: lack of scientific knowledge, lack of critical sense, presence of dogmatism, conceptual weakness and volatility, and lack of modesty to introduce management knowledge. The results of the research indicate that there are several cases of theoretical-empirical knowledge of low value in the investigated literature. This article is useful to alert professors, students and professionals in the management area to beware of some management bibliographical sources, analyzing them critically before accepting their contents.
