Qualitative evaluation and the construction of social indicators: the research/intervention ways in an educational project

This study intends to promote a reflection about a proposition on teacher´s formation organized from the definition of Social Quality Indicators in Education. The perspective of revision of the formulations about quality, repelling the market law intervention of contemporary capitalism gains space. The methodology is based on the formulations of Institutional Analysis, consisting of an investigation/ intervention field that has searched to articulate pedagogic work, the evaluation of the effects of this experience in the students and the daily planning, anchored in a general project. This process reaffirms a questioning on the mere technicality present in the hegemonic propositions of teacher´s formation. The research project was carried out in a space for educational practices of a social program in Área da Maré/RJ, that used to organize art workshops in public schools.
