Language and pulsional life: the process of representation of the pulsion

This paper aims at emphasizing the participation of language itself in the making of the representation process and in the determination of the pulsional life. Based on concepts of the psychoanalysis field and on the work of S. Freud and J. Lacan, the present study resumes considerations about the representation process and discusses the function of language on its potential for symbolization of the pulsion. As a result we obtain theoretical precisions regarding the conditions of the making of the representation process of pulsion.
