Duração e organização do tempo de trabalho na EuropaAbstract
This paper presents and analyses the evolution in the emphasis of work matters such as redution and reorganization of job duration in European Community countries in the last three decades. It shows the similarities and differences among them, approaching not only their legisla tive systems, but also the politic relations in the negotiations reldtives to this job duration.
