Abstract
This article conducts, through documentary data and discourse analysis, the criticism of the votes of the STF Ministers in the actions of constitutionality control over homosexual rights, assuming that given the liberal tradition of our legal system, the guidelines of homosexual rights are absorbed by the liberal hegemony, colonizing and domesticating critical discourses and nullifying the divergences and plurality of homosexual agendas.
