Criminality, fear economy and armed conflict: Study from the archetype of the "enemy" in the Colombian context

Abstract

Currently Colombia is immersed in a transitional justice process with different actors and factors, one of them, very little addressed, or at least invisible, is the “fear” factor for the imprecise outcome of the Special Justice for La Paz. Thus, talking about fear and criminality allows us to make a reflection related to the armed conflict, since they are transversal factors that make the progressivity of rights impossible.
