Nursing, like other professions, have passed in the society motion in antagonics poles of submission and comander instances, both of them proceeding by a power position that sometimes take suport in one of those poles. This study aims to attract and understand the perceptions of nurses as concret subjects, that in their professional route lead to positions that provide a comander power, that, as to the politic contingencies, also live concretily a condition of subordination in relation to the superior levels. Qualitative bording means, on a singular method that through the study subjects speechls can analyse the phenomenon power on these people lives and to understand the tendency of this phenomenon in the nursing class
