A list of 8I nomenclatual types of fungi in the Chaves Batista Collection, deposited in the Instituto Naclonal de Pesqulsas da Amazonia Herbarium, is presented. Sixty-fixe of the taxa belong to the Ascomycotlna and 16 to the Deuteromycotina. Name, original bibliography, herbarium, classification and colecting data are given for each type.
