Summary
A theoretical model to understand two kinds of exploitation (through gathering and through elimination) is proposed. Specifical treatments lor exploration, preservation and conservation are suggested as well as is provided explanation on the dynamic of the exploitation process, from the beginning to the end, and the difficulties envolved in harmonizing both, free and market goods, aiming the conservation and preservation of natural resources and their economical utilization.
