INTRODUCTION: Although the metastatic stage of any cancer is difficult to handle, the last decades brought hope with the use of new medications among them the monoclonal antibodies. METHOD: To update the concepts and use of Bevacizumabe - against VEGF; Cetuximab and Panitumumab - against EGFR and K-Ras oncogene. CONCLUSION: An algorythm is proposed to better do the treatment.
