A case of euryblepharon and congenital ectropion is related.
Euryblepharon is a congenital and rare disorder consisting of a symmetrical enlargement of the palpebral aperture as a primary anomaly.
There is a wide variability in the clinical presentation and congenital ectropion is usually present.
The main ocular findings, causes and treatment indications are detailled.
