SUMMARY
This retrospective study describes the clinical findings in 97 patients with Duanes’s syndrome from the Ophthalmology Department, Santa Casa de São Paulo Hospital and a Private Clinic (Carlos Souza-Dias, MD). We found 90 unilateral (92.8%) and 7 (7.2%) bilateral cases, which were separatedely studied. Type I, female and left eye were more frequent. The clinical features studied were refractive error, amblyopia, torticollis, anomalous vertical movement and primary position deviation.
