SUMMARY
A case of Sinus Pericranii associated with a malformation of the superior sagital sinus in which the frontal lobus presents its venous drenage to the exterior skull through the Sinus Pericranii, originating orbital varices. The precise diagnosis was obtained by the angiographic study and the treatment was conservative due to the surgical risk.
A brief revision of the literature about the Sinus Pericranii was dane.
