SUMMARY
Three cases of Waardenburg's Syndrome in a family associated with high myopia are reported. A association may be casual or the gens may be segregated together because of the proximity of location.
The authors emphasize the importance of a complete ophthalmologic and clinical examination in such cases for the syndrome may be associated with deafness and low visual acuity which can complicare the normal development of affected individuais.
