SUMMARY
Granulocytic sarcoma of the orbit is a rare tumor, ocurring more frequently in childhood, associated with myeloid leukemia. Two cases were described in brasilian boys, and their treatment and evolution discussed. These are probably the first two cases described in Brazil.
World literature is reviewed and also the current treatment of this disease.
