SUMMARY
A case of disseminated paracoccidioidomycosis with involvement of the eyelid, cornea, vitreous and retina is presented. The extensive ocular involvement lead to unilateral blindness even after a successful antimycotic therapy. The authors alert to the importance of a systematic investigation of the eyes in patients with diagnosed paracoccidioidomycosis and any ocular manifestation.
