SUMMARY
Rhabdomyosarcoma is the most frequent primary orbital malignancy of childhood. Four cases which ages varied from 4 months to 23 years old are described. The typical clinical picture is one of a child with sudden onset and rapid evolution of exophthalmos unilaterally. Biopsy was performed in two cases, exenteration in 1 case and 1 patient was operated on through a left frontal craniotomy. Linfatic metastasis was observed in one case. Comments concerning Chemotherapy and X-ray therapy are made.
