SUMMARY
We report the first documented case of Diffuse Unilateral Subacute Neuroretinitis (DUSN) in Brazil. The finding of a subretinal worm in this patient reinforces its role in the pathogenesis of the disease. It is our intention to inform ophthalmologists of the presence of this condition in Brazil.
