SUMMARY
Five eyes of four patients showed prolific fibrin formation following cataract extraction and IOL implantation. Tissue plasminogen reactivator (25 mcg) was injected into the anterior chamber of all cases. A complete desapearance of the fibrin could be observed 3 to 12 hours following the injection.
