SUMMARY
Two groups of twenty patients were studied. Nylon corneal sutures were used in one group and poliester corneal sutures were used in the other, for a purpose of analysing the intra-ocular pressure behavior during the first 24 hours of postoperative period. The statistic study didn't reveal any difference between the two groups.
