RESUMO

Os autores descrevem o caso c1inico de um paciente que apresentou um granuloma piogênico como complicação de uma tarsoconjuntivoceratoplastia, discutindo e fazendo uma revisão das indicações da cirurgia e da literatura acerca do comprometimento ocular pelo granuloma piogênico.

SUMMARY

The authors report a case of granuloma pyogenicum as a complication of a tarsoconjunctivokeratoplasty. The indications for the procedure and some clinical features of the ocular involvement by granuloma pyogenicum are reviewed and discussed.
