The author presents his experien ce in the surgical planning for the unilateral superior oblique palsy.
He divides the clinical pictures caused by the superior oblique palsy into 6 diferent classes and proposes a specific surgical scheme for each of them, exemplifying with real cases operated on by himself, with pre and post surgical measures.
