SUMMARY
The authors report a case of contact lens fitting in a patient with microcornea and microphthalmia. She had previously been submitted to cataract extraction without intraocular lens (IOL).
It was fitted a +14.25 diopters fluorsiliconated contact lens with base curve (BC) steeper than K (46.00) and small diameter (8.3 mm). The visual acuity was 20/60 with this contact lens. This contact lens was adequated to this case.
