SUMMARY
The authors describe two cases a rare disease, the choroidal osteoma, complicated by neurosensorial serous detachment of the retina and subretinal neovascularization.
We analyze clinical presentation, fundoscopic and fluorescein angiogram features, and the aspect on ultrasonography and CT scan. We discuss the treatment of complications, differential diagnosis and pathogenesis, with review of the literature.
