Abstract:
The text that follows addresses the writing of the clinical case, one of the forms of transmission in psychoanalysis, drawn from the experience of treatment, that is, of what was developed in speech under transference. In this passage from the oral (narrative) to the writing (conceptual), the Freudian concept of construction (Konstruktion) was invoked, which implies adding to the case what could not be remembered. Writing was triggered by the case study, which involves and covers notions that support psychoanalysis as a method. Considering the conditions for the writing of the clinical case, it was defended here, in Lacan’s trail, that this writing has the structure of fiction.
