Abstract:
In this article we will seek to deepen our clinical understanding about psychosomatic phenomena as a direct writing in the body, articulating its distinction from symptoms as formations of the unconscious, as how psychoanalysis conceives them. We will emphasize the contrast between these psychopathological clinical formations and the symptoms as a metaphor, addressing possible hypotheses for the direction of treatment.
