SILENCE, PANDEMIC AND SOCIAL DISTANCING: PSYCHOANALYTIC INTERVENTIONS IN COLLECTIVES

Abstract:

We start from the analyst’s discourse as a vector in the invitation to undergraduate students to speak freely about their experience at this moment of suspension of face-to-face activities at the university. From two of the meetings held, we discussed both the methodological aspects and those related to the content of what we received in response. Silence as a collective response to this offer was shown, in this respect, in three dimensions: as an analytical act, expression of the analyst’s discourse; as resistance to enunciation and analysis, as a contemporary response to the capitalist push to say or listen to everything.
