Abstract:
This paper intends to demonstrate that, on the psychoanalytic field, the interpretation is itself an act of creation. Starting from the analysis of the Ancient World’s representation politiques, latter on we highlight some of the differences between the use of the interpretation in Freud and in Artemidorus. As we demonstrate in the end of this paper, the psychoanalytic interpretation doesn’t reveal the past but establishes it retroactively.
