RESUMO: Categoria notável no panorama dos casos fronteiriços, a adicção sexual é uma configuração psicopatológica em que o ato sexual adquire teor irrefreável e nocivo, a despeito da compreensão intelectual e possíveis racionalizações do sex-addict sobre o problema. O objetivo deste artigo é investigar a primazia do mecanismo de defesa da clivagem no engendramento da adicção sexual, a partir de uma revisão metapsicológica e da apresentação de duas vinhetas clínicas. Destaca-se o caráter pseudo-reparador da atividade sexual que, sem êxito, visaria suturar fendas no sistema de um ego clivado, estagnado em suas capacidades integrativas e eróticas.

Abstract: A notable category in the panorama of borderline cases, sexual addiction is a psychopathological condition in which the sexual act acquires an irrepressible and harmful content, despite the sex addict’s intellectual understanding and possible rationalizations about the problem. This article aims to investigate the primacy of the splitting defense mechanism in the engendering of sexual addiction, based on a metapsychological review and the presentation of two clinical vignettes. The pseudo-repair character of sexual activity stands out, which, without success, would aim to mend the cracks in the system of a split ego, hindered in its integrative and erotic capacities.

RESUMO: Propõe-se uma relação entre a reificação do corpo e o processo de imaginarização. Imaginarização é uma noção apenas aludida na obra de Lacan. Propõe-se uma leitura acerca de apresentações clínicas nas quais prevalece um estado depressivo neurótico. Hipótese: nessas situações, o sujeito parece reduzir-se ao próprio corpo, como resposta a certas exigências da cultura contemporânea. Busca-se lançar luz sobre o automatismo do gozo do corpo no circuito pulsional. Por meio da noção de imaginarização, destaca-se um enquadramento particular que o sujeito dá ao gozo, ao invés de posicionar-se como faltante na relação com o Outro.

Abstract: We propose a relationship between the reification of the body and the process of imaginarization. Imaginarization is a notion only alluded to in Lacan’s work. We propose a reading about clinical presentations in which a neurotic depressive state prevails. The hypothesis: in these situations, the subject seems to be reduced to his own body, in response to certain demands of contemporary culture. Thus, we seek to shed light on the automatism of the jouissance of the body in the drive circuit. Through the notion of imaginarization, it is possible to highlight a particular framework that the subject gives to jouissance, instead of positioning themselves as lacking in the relationship with the Other.

RESUMO: O presente artigo tem um caráter especulativo. Ele tenciona apresentar a origem do sujeito identitário da psicanálise na filosofia cartesiana, ou mais precisamente no sujeito cartesiano. A minha tese é a de que Descartes funda o sujeito moderno na identidade dele com a consciência que o sujeito guarda para si mesmo de sua própria interioridade. Esse caráter identitário do sujeito cartesiano pode ser entendido em uma ótica psicanalítica, por meio da compreensão de que o ego tenta narcisicamente manter a sua própria integridade. Assim, sustento que Descartes inaugura em certo sentido o identitarismo por fornecer, com a sua compreensão de sujeito, a base que estrutura o ego na psicanálise, entendido como processo subjetivo de identificação consigo mesmo.

Abstract: My paper has a speculative character. It intends to present the origin of the identity subject in Cartesian philosophy. My thesis is that Descartes founds the modern subject in his identity with the awareness that he keeps to himself of his own interiority. This identity character of the Cartesian subject can be understood from a narcissistic perspective, at the center of which is the ego’s attempt to maintain its own integrity. Thus, I maintain that Descartes inaugurates, in a certain sense, the identitarianism.

RESUMO: O artigo enfoca a relevância de uma dimensão política no psíquico. Em nossa hermenêutica sobre o tema, em um primeiro momento, abordaremos as linhas gerais de uma ruptura com modelos filosóficos metafísicos do self, tendo como exemplo as críticas de Rorty e Heidegger à “intencionalidade de consciência” de Jean-Paul Sartre; bem como o contraponto rortiano à leitura epistemológica da psicanálise de Paul Ricoeur. Em uma segunda etapa, discutiremos a concepção rortiana de self por mostrar, ao final, seus possíveis limites com a abordagem antipredicativa de self.

Abstract: The article focuses the relevance of a political dimension in the psychic. In our hermeneutics on the theme, at first, we will approach the broad lines of a break with metaphysical philosophical models of the self, taking Rorty and Heidegger’s criticisms of Jean-Paul Sartre’s “intentionality of conscience” as an example; as well as the Rortian counterpoint to the epistemological reading of psychoanalysis by Paul Ricoeur. In a second step, we will debate the Rortian conception of the self for showing, in the end, its possible limits with the antipredicative approach to the self.

RESUMO: Voltando-se para o romance Grande Sertão: Veredas, o artigo articula as noções de trauma e desejo à figura de Diadorim, propondo pensar a ficção como resposta à emergência do desejo em sua relação com um núcleo traumático e refratário ao simbólico. O trauma é abordado, ainda, em sua relação com a técnica analítica e seu modo particular de operar com o tempo (destacando-se aqui o uso freudiano da expressão Nachtraglichkeit) e em sua relação com a subversão do código linguístico levada ao extremo por Rosa, que assina uma obra reconhecida em todo o mundo pela fisionomia de uma língua singular.

Abstract: Focusing on the novel “Grande Sertão: Veredas”, the article articulates the trauma and desire notions to the figure of Diadorim, thinking about fiction as a response to the emergence of desire in its relationship with a traumatic core and refractory to the symbolic. Trauma is also addressed in its relationship with analytical technique, its particular mode of operation with time (emphasizing the Freudian use of the expression Nachtraglichkeit) and in its relation to the subversion of the linguistic code taken to the extreme by Rosa, who signs a work recognized throughout the world for the physiognomy of a unique language.

RESUMO: Em 1911, no artigo em que sistematiza a dualidade de princípios (de prazer e de realidade) que rege o funcionamento anímico, Freud consagra um parágrafo inteiro à arte. Partimos dessa caracterização sumária para constatar que, conquanto mereça destaque da parte de Freud, a arte (e a literatura) ocupa uma posição dúbia em sua teorização. Dirigimo-nos então a dois momentos da obra freudiana (um trecho da Interpretação dos sonhos e o Complemento B da Psicologia das massas), nos quais o escritor literário é analisado por Freud, para aprofundar nossa análise e para, por fim, indicar um possível ponto de encontro entre a escrita literária e a teorização analítica.

Abstract: In 1911, in the article in which he systematized the duality of principles (of pleasure and reality) that governs the psychic functioning, Freud devotes an entire paragraph to art. We started from this summary characterization to verify that, although it is foregrounded by Freud, art (and literature) occupies a dubious position within his theorization. We then parted to two moments of Freud’s work (an excerpt from the Interpretation of Dreams and the Complement B from the Group Psychology), in which the literary writer is analysed by Freud, in order to deepen our analysis and, finally, to indicate a possible point of encounter between literary writing and analytical theorization.

RESUMO: O presente artigo conceitua uma estratégia psicanalítica para o diagnóstico de acontecimentos sociais, que vão desde um evento-limite até uma cena traumática ou catastrófica. Tal estratégia comporta os tempos de ver, de compreender e de concluir, e abarca as dimensões singulares e coletivas que atravessam os sujeitos. O texto apresenta o excerto de um encontro com professores de uma escola pública, que se reuniram para abordar os aspectos traumáticos da experiência escolar durante a pandemia. Tal excerto serve de modelo para a análise das possibilidades de reconstrução que oferece o Diagnóstico Ético-Político.

Abstract: This article conceptualizes a psychoanalytical strategy for diagnosing social events, ranging from a limit event to a traumatic or catastrophic scene. Such a strategy includes the times of seeing, understanding, and concluding, in addition to covering the singular and collective dimensions that impinge on subjects. The text presents excerpts from an encounter with teachers in a public school, who met to discuss the traumatic aspects of school experience during the pandemic. These excerpts serve as a model for the analysis of reconstruction possibilities that offers the Ethical-Political Diagnosis.

RESUMO: Freud demarca em sua obra o quanto subjetividade e cultura se afetam mutuamente, algo que a teoria lacaniana dos discursos permite explorar com rigor. Pretendemos abordar alguns efeitos discursivos do capitalismo a partir da teoria dos discursos de Jacques Lacan, avançando no debate acerca de qual matema melhor expressaria tais efeitos, o discurso universitário, denominado em 1970 como discurso do mestre moderno com seu estilo capitalista, ou o discurso do capitalista, proposto em 1972 em Milão. Apostamos que não se trate de uma opção exclusiva, mas que ambos possam fornecer ricas contribuições para a exploração dos efeitos discursivos do capitalismo.

Abstract: Freud emphasizes in his works how much subjectivity and culture affect each other, something that Lacanian theory allows to explore more rigorously. The present article intended to consider some discursive effects of capitalism using as a reference Jacques Lacan’s discourse theory, moving forward in the debate on which matheme describes best such effects: the discourse of the university, designated in 1970 as the modern master’s discourse with its capitalist style, or the discourse of the capitalist, proposed in 1972 in Milan. Instead of exclusively choosing between the two, our bet is that both can provide rich contributions to the exploration of the discursive effects of capitalism.

RESUMO: Neste artigo nos dedicamos a retomar criticamente a proposta do Grupo de Boston (que propôs um paradigma unificado para as práticas psicoterápicas), composto por psicanalistas, pediatras, desenvolvimentistas e outros pesquisadores da situação e desenvolvimento da relação mãe-bebê no período perinatal, ressaltando em que sentido suas contribuições - colocando em destaque a necessidade de “algo a mais do que a interpretação”, a realidade afetiva do encontro entre o analisa e o paciente, as comunicações verbais e não verbais, os conteúdos explícitos e implícitos nas relações psicoterápicas - podem levar ao desenvolvimento da teoria e da prática psicoterápica, especialmente a psicanalítica.

Abstract: In this article we critically take up the proposal of the Boston Group (which proposed a unified paradigm for psychotherapeutic practices), made up by psychoanalysts, pediatricians, developmentalists, and other researchers related to the situation and development of the mother-baby relationship in the perinatal period. It emphasizes in which sense their contributions - notably the need for “something beyond interpretation”, the affective reality of the encounter between analyst and patient, verbal and non-verbal communications, the explicit and implicit contents in psychotherapeutic relationships - may lead to the development of psychotherapeutic theory and practice, especially the psychoanalytic one.

RESUMO: Este artigo possui como eixo norteador o conceito de desejo do analista no ensino de Lacan, incluindo seus seminários e parte de sua obra escrita. O percurso conceitual que resulta no conceito de desejo do analista é refeito articulando-o com outros temas, sobretudo aqueles que abrangem a prática da clínica psicanalítica nas suas relações com a época atual.

Abstract: This article has as its guiding principle the concept of the analyst’s desire in Lacan’s teaching, including his seminars and part of his written work. The conceptual route that results in the analyst’s desire concept is redone, articulating it with other themes, especially those that cover the practice of the psychoanalytic clinic in its relations with the current era.
