ABSTRACT
With a field experiment of installed on 30/11/2001 at Santa Fé Farm, district of Araçatuba, SP, the treatments soybean cultivars: Conquista, IAC 18, Jataí, IAC 8-2 and Goiânia sown at randomized blocks design, in 5 turns of repetitions,the populations of stinkbugs were evaluated using beating cloth (5/per parts) and fishnet (10/per parts). The results showed: - cultivar IAC-18 was least prefered by the soybean stinkbugs - the stinkbugs tend to increase in larger populations in mid March and early April, a period that goes from the beginning of maturation to full maturation.
